Blair did an excellent job repairing our broken garage door assembly, tightening the loose lock, and lubricating the hinges. He was on-time, polite and very professional. Would definitely hire again. Thanks Blair!

Blair was excellent!! Professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly and honest! Prompt, clean and courteous!! Thank you, Blair!! I wish all service people were like you!!

Blair contacted me immediately after I entered my search information. I spoke with him that evening, got an estimate to replace two garage door springs, and he was here to make the repair the next morning. He suggested replacing the rollers and safety wires in addition to the springs and pulleys. He said it wasn't necessary at this time but, could save trouble down the road. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsell, just describing the options. I took his suggestion. All the above included a 5-yr. warranty. Garage door now works perfectly and is much more quiet. Super work. Blair was friendly, informative, professional, and very efficient. I highly recommend Old Forge Garage Door Services.

Blair came promptly when I called for an estimate, gave us a written estimate, and was patient while we interviewed other providers. After we decided to have him do the work, he was able to come the next day, was prompt in arriving, did the job in a thoroughly professional manner and left us with practically 2 brand new garage doors that work! We purchased a new remote control from him as our old one was unreliable, and he even programmed the doors to work from our car, which we had not been able to do. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks.
